Coaching with Karina
Confidentiality, a safe space, a trusted partner, someone who believes in you (even before you believe in yourself).
Where could this take you?

Your current reality
Working to understand your current reality and your struggles. Focussing on the messages your body and mind are trying to tell you. Helping you uncover the beliefs, thoughts and patterns of behaviour that may have helped you up to now, but may be limiting you moving forward

Exploration
Working to uncover new insights, understanding where you are most available to change, experimenting with simple, small steps towards change.

Releasing potential
Working to create continued opportunity for you to embody your emergent best self, to illicit lasting change and a life aligned with your values and motivations.

The Coaching Process
I am available to coach in a variety of ways - a coaching session can be undertaken face to face, on the telephone or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams. The important thing is that it should be done in a quiet environment where we can both be fully present and prepared to focus on the session.
Before the coaching process starts, I recommend we have a quick meeting (FREE) to establish if we can create the right partnership. Everyone is different and so it is important that you find the right coach - one you feel comfortable with to support you on your change journey. In this meeting, I will explain more about the coaching process, and you can share any high level goals you have of coaching and ask me any questions about the process.

The coaching process is of a fixed duration (normally between 6-8 sessions of 45 minutes to 1 hour, ideally spaced 2-3 weeks apart). This gives you time to experiment with new approaches before the next session.

If the coaching has been funded by an organisation, there is the option of having 'tripartite meetings' (a meeting with myself, you and your manager) at the beginning and end of the coaching process. These are very useful in ensuring your manager can support you with your goals during and after the coaching process.
